Hello again! Thanks for coming back to my blog! Todays post is going to be about how to make someones day. To you, it may not mean much, but to someone who is struggling, it can mean the world.
People who are struggling with mental health issues often find it hard to see the good. They feel as if nobody cares or notices them. As someone who struggles with mental health issues, I can say that the tiniest things make my day.
It doesn’t take much to make someones day. A simple “I love your shoes” or “Your hair looks great like that!” can change someones attitude. You never know what someone is going through.
To me, it means that much more coming from a stranger. You don’t have to know someone to compliment them. You can do it in passing on the street, in a store, anywhere!
Remember that you don’t know peoples story. Just because you’re feeling down doesn’t mean you have to bring others with you. Making someone smile is contagious. You may change that persons entire perspective on that day.
